Young women in NY are earning more than young men, and heterosexuality is suffering as a result.

Or something like that. The article reports on women who have to repress their "spending power" and appreciation of "good food" in order to get along with their boyfriends. Men are intimidated by successful women!

Or maybe people in general are turned off by consumerism. Every week these women expend 80 hours worth of "passion" on crap like advertising and law, then gorge on pearl earrings and postmodern halibut dishes. Is it sexist to bet that they are poor conversationalists? Analogous men suck too. Someone should interview five of them and selectively quote in order to make it sound like girls leave them because of their high income.
