The House just passed a bill that protects gay people from job discrimination. Religious institutions are exempted, of course, and so is the military. If Halliburton were subject to law it would have received an exemption too.
The first time someone is sued under this law they will argue: Congress intended to exempt employers who don't like gay people.
I will be persuaded!
